BlueWater 2026-2027 Season begins with a musical awakening—comprising new perspectives, renewed traditions, and reflection. Reena Esmail’s Testament from Vishwas opens a dialogue between Eastern and Western musical traditions, while Lukas Foss’s spirited Renaissance Concerto explores centuries-old music through a modern lens. Acclaimed flutist Anthony Trionfo brings his celebrated virtuosity and expressive artistry to Foss’s colorful concerto. The program culminates in Richard Strauss’s deeply moving Metamorphosen, a meditation on loss, remembrance, and the enduring power of artistic transformation. Together, these works awaken both memory and imagination, setting the stage for a spectacular season of evolving musical discovery.
